A BILL to repeal §10-1-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to repeal §19-2A-5 of said code; to repeal §31-3-1, §31-3-2, §31-3-3, §31-3-4, §31-3-5, §31-3-6, §31-3-7, §31-3-8, §31-3-9, §31-3-10, §31-3-11 of said code; to repeal §31-15-12a of said code; and to repeal §34-1-11 of said code, all relating to repealing outdated sections of state code.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
chapter 10. public libraries; public recreation; athletic establishments; monuments and memorials; roster of servicemen; educational broadcasting authority.
